Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)  held the latest express entry draw on December 22, 2021, at 16:27:24 UTC. The lowest ranking candidate needed a CRS score of only 720. Candidates were invited only under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).  746 Invitations to Apply  (ITAs) were issued to apply for Permanent Residence.
