Home Child Care Provider Pilot (HCCP) – is closed for 2021

The Home Child Care Provider Pilot (HCCP) is now closed for 2021 intake. The annual cap of 2,750 has now reached and the program is now closed for new applications in 2021.

The program will now reopen on 01 January 2022.

The Home Child Care Provider Pilot (HCCP) is one of the pilot programs under the Caregivers programs, aimed at allowing caregivers to come to Canada on a work permit, with the goal of obtaining Canadian permanent residence.

The Home Support Worker pilot is still open for 2021 and it has not reached the application cap of 2750 for 2021. You can still apply under the Home Support Worker pilot if you are eligible.
