Global Case Management System (GCMS) Notes, is a detailed document containing information about your application submitted to Canada immigration. It includes the immigration officers’ notes on the review of your application and any decisions made (refusals or approvals) on your application. It also provides an idea of the stage of the application processing, if it is still under processing.
For applications that have received a final decision, meaning an approval or refusal, it would include detail on the reason for the approval or refusal received on the application. This file is different from the refusal letter you receive and provides more detailed and accurate information. Not everyone can request GCMS notes.
The average processing time for a GCMS request case file request is typically 30 calendar days, however, it could take longer in some instances.
We can help you get the GCMS notes file for your application at a cost of CAD$ 100.00 including taxes.
